WHEN WE DO RE-OPEN FOR EVENTS

The health and safety of our customers, clients, artists and staff remains our number one priority as we continue to monitor and adjust to the evolving situation.

We note the Government announcement that on 19th July 2021, England will move to Stage 4 of the easing of COVID-19 restrictions where all legal restrictions on social contact will be removed with no limits on people attending events. With this in mind we plan to reopen the venue and our public facing Box Office in September.

Following this announcement we are conducting full risk assessments and consulting with our local authority and Public Health bodies alongside our industry colleagues regarding safety measures that may be required as we move in to stage 4 of the roadmap, this process will take time.

We thank you for your patience whilst we go through this process and will ensure once final policies are in place, customers are made aware and that they are published on our website.

 

VACCINE CENTRE

The Brighton Centre is currently being used by the NHS to facilitate the local vaccination programme. However, as the venue itself, we are unfortunately unable to assist with enquiries about the vaccine programme as we are not directly involved in this process. HOW TO CONTACT THE VENUE DURING THIS TIME

If you have a general enquiry relating to the venue or an event being held (although not the vaccine centre), please email us on brightoncentre@brighton-hove.gov.uk as this is the best way to keep in touch. Email enquiries are being answered during our standard opening hours, Monday to Saturday 10am – 4pm (closed Sunday’s and Bank Holidays). Please bear in mind our staff are all working remotely.

If you have an accessible booking enquiry, need support with an access requirement or do not have access to email please call 01273 292695 and leave a voicemail. To help us deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible, please include in your message a brief description of your enquiry, your name and a contact telephone number, and a member of our team will call you back as soon as possible. 

Please note that our Changing Places Facility is also closed at this time.

 

IF YOU HAVE A TICKET FOR A FORTHCOMING EVENT

Ticket holders will be notified via email (please keep an eye on your junk folders, just in case) from their point of purchase about any re-scheduling. All tickets will be valid for any re-scheduled dates and customers will not need to take any action, so hold onto your original tickets and we'll look forward to seeing you on the new date. 

If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and automatically refunded.

If you are unable to attend a re-schedule date please contact your point of purchase to discuss your options.

We continue to work closely with our event partners to try and find suitable options for re-scheduling into the future and will continue to keep our website updated. For the latest status on our events programme, please click here.

If you’re enquiring about an event that isn’t yet showing an update, this indicates that we have not yet received one from the event promoter. We are unable to answer questions about individual event statuses but will keep this page updated with details on any affected events as information becomes available. We appreciate that this may be frustrating for customers and apologise for any inconvenience caused. As soon as we do have additional information, it will be shared.
