The Summer of Sonic is an annual fan-organised convention that celebrates everything about our favourite video game character, Sonic the Hedgehog. What began as a grassroots fan-funded affair in 2008 has now become an internationally-recognised event supported by SEGA® Europe Ltd. Throughout the day there will be special guest appearances, including the game developers and Sonic himself, the chance to play an upcoming Sonic videogame, art classes, official merchandise stalls and much more! This year is the Summer of Sonic’s fifth anniversary and will take place on Saturday July 7th at the Hove Centre, Hove.
